Policy

All appointments must be booked with either a $150 non- refundable deposit to secure the appointment, or fully pre-. 

The $150 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day. 

2nd session PMU touch-ups only require $50 non- refundable deposit to secure the appointment. The $50 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day. 

Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge 48 hours or more prior to the booked time, without having to transfer another deposit. Any changes or cancellations made within this 48-hour time frame will result in the loss of the pending deposit. To reserve any new dates, the guest will be required to provide the amount of another deposit first.

We understand that delays may occur on behalf of both parties due to unforeseen events. Bearing in mind that bookings are tight within reason, we kindly ask guests to notify our studio about any late arrivals. Everyones time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment. Your booking fee and appointment will be forfeited. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone. 

Unfortunately there are no cancellations with appointments that have a booking fee, since booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to cancel you will forfeit your booking fee. (Rescheduling is different than cancelling - if you need to reschedule, please message us first, do NOT cancel your appointment or you will lose your booking fee.)

Limited time offers need to be pre-paid during the sale period. After offer purchase, you can even book for a later date within a year. All sale items are final sale! There is no refund! If for any reason you change your mind, the pre-paid amount can be used as credit towards any other our service(s) or transferred to someone else as a gift card.

We Accept all major credit cards (with additional 4% transaction fee), or Zelle/ Venmo/ Cashapp without any additional fee and exact amount of cash. No Personal Checks nor money orders of any kind.

No guests are allowed. Due to cross contamination and interruption, please DO NOT bring guests or pets to your appointment. Thank you!
